Karl Gregor Bolotin was a member of the Soviet Secret Police and showed an aptitude for designing security systems for their secret buildings. His skill caught the eye of the Oktober Guard who promptly recruited him to head their military police division and develop the security for their Command Center, Perestroika.

KGB was born in Kharborovsk on the Eastern fringes of Russia. In addition to being a security specialist he is proficient in small arms and hand-to-hand combat. KGB is better known for his incredible driving skill earning him the coveted spot of operating the Glasnost Jeep.
