Kano is without a doubt the most vicious, vile and terrifying man to walk among the Black Dragon aside from Kabal. Like Kabal, he too is ruthless beyond any normal level, and is incredibly fast. Only Kano is far less orthodox and rougher, and is equipped with a laser eye in which he can use to slice people into pieces with.

It was in the second tournament that Kano was captured alongside his nemesis Sonya Blade, but as her comrade Jackson Briggs helped her escape, Kano too used him to escape before being captured again. To this day, they will forever remain enemies.
