Nothing is known of Lazarus save that he is the commander of Cobra's 181 Serpents team. The 181 is Cobra's elite, the best trained and deadliest team they have to offer. Information on the team is limited, the team reports to Cobra Commander himself and no one else.

Rumors abound about Lazarus, but none have been confirmed as Joe agents have yet to encounter him.
