Loobot, Loop, Looper. All names assigned to this unknown scientist. He was a pioneer Chrononaut and as with all pioneers, tragedy befell him. Losing his lower arms and lower legs didn't stop him, however. He instead chose to become a hero and developed a harness that focuses quick bursts of time travel. It appears as if he's teleporting or making duplicates of himself, but it's all smoke and mirrors. In his down time and away from GI Joe, he enjoys painting and entertaining kids. Truly a unique superhero and a kind soul.
