This custom was made for an NJC. It was a superhero theme and I thought it was a great motivation to make some customs. For this specific custom, I wanted to make a female Dr. Doom-type. I did some searching and learned about Lucia von Bardas. After finding the Tron Quorra head in my fodder bin, I thought it came out great once painted up. I liked the cloak from CC and the skirt. I used Vallejo silver, Games Workshop Green, Vallejo Gold and some other paints for touch-up.
