Made from parts left over after the Climate Controll GP, I first built this one as kind of a fop, but I'm suprised how it came out.

Lampreys, being promoted from Eels, would have had Snow-serpent training, this guy is part of a small group of lampreys conditioned for Arctic service, both in Aquatic (hey, the Moray doesn't exactly look warm), and ground assaults.
