Alliso R. Hart-Burnett graduated from Bryn Mawr & attended Trinity College in Dublin where she completed her graduate work. She soon became an accomplished actress as well as an adept linguist, fluent in no less than eight foreign languages. These skills combined to make her an expert in covert operations, which led to her assignment on the GI Joe team, where she took the name Lady Jaye.

Lady Jaye served with the team until it was disbanded in the early 90's. She married fellow team member Flint and returned to the Joe team when it was reinstated.

She was killed in action while defending Flint from a Red Shadow operative.
