Low Light was always one of my favorite Joes. I really wanted a great version of him with a removable hat and goggles. I don't remember Low Light's character being developed in the comic or cartoon, except during the war on Cobra Island in the Marvel comic. I have a new rifle for him that more resembles the bolt action sniper rifle the 3 3/4 figure came with but it needs to be modified and painted before I swap them out.
