For a direct repaint of Chief Torpedo, I'm surprised I didn't hate wave 3 Low Light more than I do. The gray body suit fits him well, and a slight splash of color on Gung-Ho's web gear harkens back to the original. The figure really is an example of what happens when Hasbro stops, thinks for a second, and cleverly applies a new paint job to an existing figure.

My one major gripe with this figure is that the head is a little bland. So, if I was going to customize the head, I decided to make the hat removable and the goggles see-through.
