Leeches are specially trained assassins. Once they have their mark, they follow it for days on end until it's dispatched; while the whole time providing information back to Cobra about the target and its contacts. Leeches are experts at observation, tracking and most of all marksmanship.

They undergo extensive intelligence/counterintellingence training to obtain the necessary skills to follow their targets. They carry high powered rifles and communications gear with the most advanced mobile encryption equipment. They are fitted with environment suits which protect them from the elements. A Leech's helmet visor adjusts to light extremes, protection in the sunlight and enhancement in low light conditions.
