Leon Scott Kennedy, was a rookie cop assigned to Raccoon City, which unfortunately for him was overrun by zombies. Casualties of the T-Virus outbreak in the Arklay Mountains, he used his survival skills and the help of what few survivors, to escape before it was sterilized by presidential order.

His deposition was taken and a deal was made with a government agency, which trained him hard to be the agent protector of the president's family. Unfortunately this was also sidetracked, when the president's daughter, Ashley Graham was abducted and taken to a remote village in Spain.

Poor Mr. Scott Kennedy found that zombies aren't the only problems one can face in a new town.
