Lex Luthor is the son of business mogul Lionel Luthor. He spent part of his childhood in Smallville, Kansas but left under a cloud of rumors and suspicion. It is here that Luthor becomes friends with Clark Kent, Lana Lang, and Pete Ross. Years later, He resurfaces in Metropolis and founds LexCorp as a front for criminal empire that he uses to try to destroy Superman.

Construction Notes:
This was my entry for the No Joe Challenge #23. I was always a big fan of the Superfriends/Legion of Doom version of Lex Luthor and once the 25th Cobra Commander came out I just knew what parts I needed to make the version of Lex to fit into my custom universe.
