MAD Henchmen are led by officers that pledge loyalty to Dr. Claw. They work in small groups of 3-5 to pull of various crimes; tech theft, bank heists, etc. Henchmen are armed with the latest pulse rifles.

MAD henchmen have been seen working along side Cobra and Iron Grenadier operators. While their ranks are not as large as those of Cobra or Destro's forces they reek havoc on unsuspecting populations nonetheless.
