This custom was made as a gift to GITrekker for all of his help on Bucky, Dusty79 and my project -GI Joe: Resurgence. Trekker came aboard and wrote most of the filecards for the project, often going from very little information.

The idea for the custom came from GITrekker's own custom Oktober Guard member Mermansk. He created it a few years ago from ARAH parts. I thought he would enjoy a modern era version.
