This was an early attempt at updating Major Bludd. I was mistaken in thinking that the Version 1 figure had a mechanical arm and incorporated that into my custom with the Overkill arm. This custom has since been replaced on my joeverse and just stands in the back of my collection display. Another one of my early attempts at clear-coating has left this figure sticky and unusable but it remains as an example of my early customizing attempts.
