Mad Dog is the leader of a biker gang that works for SAVAGE. He and his group are the equivalent of the Dreadnoks.

Mad Dog was found unfit for military services and has an extended criminal record for theft, reckless driving and arson.

Another easy to make SAVAGE character. I just had to modify a bit the Zartan v2 head. Almost a LBC. I should try making his characteristic weapons and backpack in order to complement him. But that will be for a later time.
