I wanted to make a post-Communist Oktober Guard, which I call the November Guard. November, the month the Berlin Wall fell, and the month after "October."

Commander Kerevaska was born a few months after the infamous Prague Spring, when Warsaw Pact troops entered the rebellious city and utterly smashed all dissent. Kerevaska was conscripted into the Czechoslovak Army and later served in the Soviet-Afghan War, where he lost his left eye to a grenade fragment. Now with the fall of Communisim he has returned to his native Czech Republic to help form and command the post-Oktober Guard anti-terrorist unit, the November Guard.
