This custom was made for an NJC. It was a superhero theme and I thought it was a great motivation to make some customs. For this specific one, I was looking to find another villain. I liked the Batwing comic and thought it would be great to make Massacre. The figure actually has the shoulder protectors but they didn't make it to the photo. I swapped out the lower legs and painted the body with some Vallejo paints. For the mask, I trimmed the ROC CC face mask and painted it bone white for the skull look.
