This whole figure was created from fodder that HypnoHustler was giving away at Assembly Required 2014. The genesis to make him Maximus The Mad came from the look of his head and the fact I'd recently been reading 'War of the Kings' by Marvel Comics. I took a few liberties with the design, and with some color suggestions by pluv, came up this this custom. When I look at him now, I see a warlord or consultant for The Coil, someone with ambitions to eventually lead.
