This was done long before the Marauders pack was even a twinkle in Hasbro's eye. I still have most of a Taurus worked up to go with him. He hasn't aged well, but I still wanted to get him into the archive. Mercer is one of the Joe characters that I feel is criminally underexplored. All the Renegades had zero depth in the Movie, and Hama never used them at all. With his background as a Cobra defector, and the untold stories behind Mercer v2 having a completely different file name, I feel like he has a ton of potential.
