I've always wanted to add a figure of Mistress Armada to my Joe-verse but until now I wasn't happy with what I was coming up with. I'd build versions but just didn't like the look. The solution was simple, simple parts put together. The Scarlett torso was great for her, nice curves also! Who's the perv that designed that?! All that's missing is nipples! Anyway, repainting the head is always a challenge, and I just liked the whole black and blue color scheme.
