I've been wanting to make this guy since seeing Raptor's design and getting the Convention Tiger Force Moray. It took a while to get the parts and a few mishaps along the way didn't help either. I tried to dye the hat but lost an entire head that way. I had to cut the inner torso and add glue to make the head sit higher in the torso. While trying to decide whether to paint gloves on or not I decided I liked the characters lower arms as is and transferred them over Nova style. The original intent was to give him an M4 but the Pirates of the Caribbean pistol looked more his style. Polly got repainted too as a Blue Gold Macaw.
