I had planned to make this character a couple months ago, but all I really had was the head, so I shelved the idea. Then in the last couple weeks I got my hands on some fodder and while I had it all spread out on my desk sorting through it I remembered the head and cobbled her together and painted her. As far as knowing a lot about the character, I'm kind of in the dark aside from knowing she's part of Destro's elite
