I never liked either Mercer figure from "back in the day", so I made the one I always wanted to have. No sky blue pants, or orange life vest...just a Cobra army guy gone AWOL.

Mercer has kept his Cobra-issued flak jacket (it's a perfectly good jacket, after all), but has "torn off" the logo to show his contempt for his former employer.

This custom is not quite an LBC, because I had a lot of touch paint work to do..
