Relatively new to Cobra's special forces units, N.R.V.s ("Nerves") are an elite class of Night Viper, equipped with an even wider array of sensory and communication equipment. Part radioman, scout, spy, tactician and computer hacker, each NRV has passed through Officer and advanced Televiper training in addition to the standard Night Viper regimens. Using everything from satelite technology to unmanned drones and B.A.Ts, N.R.V's can simultaneously track multiple targets through thick jungle, observe an enemy position, disrupt enemy communications and coordinate air support while out in the field.

Construction Notes
While I found the Heavy Water troops to be rather appealing visually, all the tubing along with their designated specialty kind of limited what I could do with them.
