Ben Graduated from Rets Technical School and was immediately recruited by the Navy specifically for the G.I.Joe team because of his special skills. He showed a great deal of leadership qualities and quickly advanced in rank to become the commander of the new G.I.Joe Special Ops Task Force. He is qualified to drive any small to mid-sized vehicle and use any type of weapon imaginable.
