The Blackout team is one of many of my G.I. Joe Black-Ops teams. Blackout does the missions that no one else can do or wants to do. Only the top brass in the military know of their existence and they refer to Blackout as a myth or a rumor.

Nightfall is the marksman of the team. A former Marine Recon specialist that fears nothing. Rumor has it that he can shoot the wings off a horse fly from 100 meters. Nightfall's attitude is if he can see it he can hit it. He is apart of this advance strike team that performs surgical attacks on their enemies. Nightfall scopes out the intended target and provides cover for the team during the strike. There is not much information on Blackout or the members of the team, they just don't exist on paper, but the enemy knows they do.
