Head: Dusty
Chest: Sand Viper
Arms and Legs: Alley Viper
Waist: Fast Blast Viper

Wow, this was not an easy project at all. Nemesis Enforcer, in my opinion, is the coolest character in the whole Joeverse and attempting to make a worthy custom was a big deal for me. I knew I wanted to create one based on the figure and not the movie, and have as few changes as possible. I omitted the side "compartments" on his thighs (they always made me think he was carrying guns) and went with a simpler waist design (I never understood why he had a "w" on his crotch) to make the chest piece the main focus point. The last change (which I now regret and will probably omit later) was to paint the shoulder pads red, making them look like an extension of the chest piece.

The only elements I used from the movie character were the deeper purple instead of the "pinkish" hue, and the head mask, which I always liked better. Painting this Nemesis was not nearly has hard as sculpting the pieces. To be honest, my sculpting skills were not good enough for this challenge but I was patient and constantly corrected mistakes. I kept most of the original sand viper chest piece elements but covered the cobra emblem, added a subtle neck piece, diamond, and armor. Best of all, if the O-ring breaks (and mine always do), I can still open up the figure since the pieces were molded separately. My favorite part: He's the tallest Joe (as tall as Venomous Maximus) in my collection.

Well, thanks for reading and sorry for such a long description, but all the customization I've done was a practice for this project. I'm glad it's finally a reality!
