Here's the lowdown on this character/figure

1) It's an albino character for Cobra, something I've been wanting to do for a while. If you want to know his character, it's kinda like the typical kinda effeminate yet killer albino sort of character you might find in anime. Or you could kinda look to the character of Raistlin from the Dragonlance books.

2) I see him as a cousin to Tomax & Xamot, which is why he holds the position of CG Commandant, which I would see as just below T&X and just above the CGC.

3) It finally gave me a chance to use those cool Long Range boots.

4) The Cobra sigil is "photoshopped" on. It's silver because I couldn't get it to look gold
