I don't read the current Devil's Due G.I. Joe comic book series, but I have been told many times that I should start.

It was in the pages of that aforementioned book that G.I. Joe fans were introduced to Ophelia, an apprentice to my favorite character, Snake Eyes.

When I saw the other well crafted Ophelias on this site & thereafter learned of the character herself, I decided that I too would make one.

This is the first figure I tried extensive dremeling upon, slowly sanding off all of the cobra emblems & ridges that were on the body to begin with. As such, Ophelia's suit is a wee bit lumpier than I had originally intended.

Oh well. Every one of my custom action figures remain a work in progress so long as they are in my possession. In time, as my skill progresses, I will occasionally revisit her & fix up some of the more glaring flaws.

Additionally, I'd definitely want to add a nice Yin-Yang belt buckle to this figure, but currently lack the ability to sculpt one.

Practice, practice, practice...

To teach, improve, share, entertain and showcase the work of the customizing community.
