A Japanese national and former university student who was corrupted by dreams of power by Baron Ironblood and is now in charge of developing lethal weapons for The Red Shadows organization.

I wanted to create a Red Laser without making him just to be a Cobra Commander clone. Although the work I did on Red Laser's head kinda resembles Cobra Commander's faceplate, I think in combination with Voltar's helmet and eyepiece that it maintains the character's individuality more without coming off as a Cobra Commander carbon copy.
