This custom came about while staring at the Chromed SDCC head and wondering if there was any possible 'other' use for it. During this same period, I happened to be reading the Batman: Death of the Family series and came across Jason Todd as the Red Hood, and something about the design clicked with me. I felt it was a very basic design and could easily be replicated in figure form, and best of all: use that SDCC Chromed Destro head (with the help of some Tamiya Clear Red paint.) I cracked the torso, swapped the arms, printed out a logo, painted up the neck & picked out some basic weapons.
