The Red Dandy is a bandit of the cruelest sort. He'll steal your heart your soul and your stuff all before you ever know what is going on. He is a member of the infamous Red Lasers as bad ass as all the Red lasers are Red dandy is accredited with dealing the most damage to their hated Blue Laser rivals. Not only does he steal vital parts to their various blue laser weaponry, robots and gear, but he steals all their ladies as well. Truly it sucks to be a Blue laser if Red dandy is around. Also, it sucks to be a blue laser in general.
