Head: Rampart
Body: Surefire

I'll be honest. I don't actually know a lot about the Rampart character. I just know I like the figure quite a bit, especially the head sculpt. That hood/hat combo is just cool. So I had a few extra Rampart heads and every once in a while I'd sit and see what sorts of bodies it would look cool on. This was one that I thought it did. So I painted it an easy grey and he helps out in urban operations as needed.
