Rostov was personal pilot to Russian presidents Medvedev and Putin. Due to his unmatched abilities he was signed to pilot for the Oktober Guard and Col. Brekhov orders. He pilots the new experimental Hind helicopter the X-Hind.

Before flying for the presidents, Rostov was experienced in many conflicts over ex-former countries of CCCP.

Both commanders of Oktober Guard Col. Brekhov and Red Star were impressed by his courage on rescuing OG members under heavy Cobra fire in the battlefield.
