Of all the neon Joes that we suffered through late in the run of ARAH figures, Rapid Fire is one of the neon-iest. I was actually rather fond of Super Trooper (which Rapid Fire uses the same mold as), probably because chrome silver is just really cool. But the neon green armor on Rapid Fire has to go. So this custom is a paint upgrade on the original, just using some more muted colours to give the character something that might actually be worn on a battlefield. At least a fictional one.
