With Cobra making incursions into urban areas more frequently and seeing the success of the Urban S.A.W. Viper, Cobra Commander wanted a heavy gunner that could both provide his own crossfire or fire in two different directions at once.

The Urban Tracer Viper is the answer for that problem. The armor provides power to an exoskeleton that carries two electric mini-guns. The suit also absorbs both recoil and incoming small arms fire via ablative armor.

The helmet computer provides the option of multiple target tracking, aiming and even firing for maximum effect. This allows him to engage two targets at once or provided a deadly crossfire.

Basically all the Urban Tracer Viper has to do is give a voice command to lock on and fire at a target and just stand there. If they are not contained and start roaming, then they are almost unstoppable. Once the ammo is spent for the mini guns, the Viper can shed the armor and mini-guns and use his backup weapon, a standard issue S.A.W. Viper machine gun, which will still provide devastating firepower.
