The Red ANT's are an android not unlike the BAT. However these are not just used as fodder in combat. They are used to perform dangerous tasks of combat engineering, such as vehicle repair or emplacement construction as well as high risk, technical sabotage, like releasing hazardous materials and starting a meltdown in a nuclear reactor. They are controlled by Techno-Viper Immortals via cybernetic links and can function independently or as a hive collective.

Unlike the B.A.T., a Red ANT is highly armored and has an advanced neural onboard computer as well as wireless internet capacity. Basically, its a heavily armored robot that can learn ALOT, real fast and apply it even quicker.
