Most people thought Raptor perished in the freighter on Cobra Island. However, that was just a cover so he could be relocated and protected under a new alias. Cobra needed its most creative tax consultant out of harm's way. So, now in the tropical Cayman Islands he is able to launder Cobra funds in offshore accounts and invest in real stocks and dummy corporations. He now gets his thrills from watching his birds of prey hunt down local parrots and peasants.

This is my take on Void's design. I loved the custom but wanted a head that could look up for his bird.
