Rocky was made for the 2007 GI Joe Club Collectors Convention Franken Joe contest. This character is long overdue for the GI Joe universe and I thought it would be neat to do something special just for the convention. I am very happy with how the shorts came out. I was doing final touch ups on them right up until I had to leave for the airport. I'm glad I spent all that time trying to make them as good as I could.
