Reaper is the leader of the Outlaws. His troops are Spider, Blight,and Renegade. Reaper lost his right hand in a fight with Destro. Reaper vowed revenge and told Destro I will be your reaper in the end. Reaper was tormented as a child. What happen to him made him the mean guy he is. He takes orders from no one but those who pay him for a job. Cobra Commander paid him 50 million cash to work for him. Reaper is a very expendable person Cobra Commander says.
