Virgil Hawkins was abducted by the Reach to be studied and experimented on while the aliens searched for the key to the metagene. He was given 'static shocks' by the aliens. The Reach believed stress situations activated the dormant metagenes. Virgil and several other teens were rescued and banded together.

I already made Apache Chief due to his cool power effect so I saw Static as a cool second due to his power effect. This is the first group of customs where I focused more on the power effects that the actual figures.
