I don't remember exactly the context of this guy's creation. It may have been for a group project or something, that never got submitted. I do remember that he was made to operate the Air Defense battle station and the middle launcher on the TTBP. I like the look of him well enough. I've never formed much of a personality for him in my head though, so I've got nothing like a bio going. He's pretty much a Greenshirt specialist at this point.
