25th Anniversary Scarlett and ROC Scarlett head

I was not trying to reinvent the wheel with 25th Anniversary scarlett, just do a few upgrades. I changed her molded holster to a working one, increased her leg articulation at the hips, changed her molded knife sheath to a working one, and gave her an alternate head with her hair down. The biggest challenge of this figure was splitting open the lower torso. It was extremely difficult. Mixing a matching blue paint for her pants was also not easy.
