There's an interesting story in this custom: All I did was the arms. The figure itself (with Astro Viper v1 arms) was recieved in a custom fodder lot from Sharkbait, but I felt that with a simple switch to more fitting arms, it'd be great almost as-is.

Satan, aka the Red Dragon was trained by Storm Shadow in the eighties before the Arishikage clan master left Cobra. Feeling betrayed by his sensei, Satan retreated to the jungles of South America to hone his skills, remaining there until Slice, a rouge member of the Arishikage clan and leader of many of the remaining clan members, the so-called Red Ninjas, found him and finished his training during the years after Cobra's appearant defeat in 1994. With the betrayal of Dice, Slice sought a new partner and Satan became it, quickly accepted by the Red Ninjas due to their shared hatred of Storm Shadow. Now with Cobra's reemergence, Slice and Satan stand in the Cobra High Command where Storm Shadow once did, the Arishikage clan master's location unknown to all...
