The last survivor of the planet Krypton, Kal-El was rocketed to earth as an infant. Kal was found by Johnathan and Martha Kent who raised him as their own son. They gave him the name of Clark and instilled in him the values of truth, justice, and the American Way. As he matured, he began to exhibit super powers due to our yellow sun. He is super strong, incredibly fast, is able to fly, and is almost invulnerable. He also has super senses. Superman is the hero of heroes, the Man of Steel.
