I wasn't going to get the blue-suit Scarlett, even after the first ebay peeks came from Singapore, where everyone suspected they might have given her an open torso.

When I saw one in person at Family Dollar, though, the idea hit me that this could be a SCUBA wetsuit. With that, I joined the cheesecake bandwagon.

In all seriousness, this is more likely an "Off duty, for dragging Snake-Eyes out to a Caribbean island and make him relax for a few days" outfit, and not an on-duty outfit, because of the open-front I gave the torso.
