S.W.A.R.M. (Sabotage, Wreckage, Attack, Revenge, Mayhem) Vipers are the backbone of the Cobra W.A.S.P team. Highly trained in small unit tactics and urban warfare, they man the Hive-1 assault vehicle, which is a captured Joe R.H.I.N.O. They give cover fire for Rabid Vipers, provide backup for Wasp Vipers, assist Trauma Vipers with patient care, incite crowds with Riot Vipers and make tactical entries with Rhino & CQB Vipers.

They are also sworn enemies of the newly formed GI Joe SWAT team, Code-3. In fact, they have standing orders to engage the team at any encounter.
