D.E.F. from G.I. Joe has always been one of my favorite sub-teams, so its no wonder I keep wanting to create team members for it.

I wanted a specialist who can pop those tear gas/smoke gas canisters on to enemies and tried to create one from available parts. I wanted to use Torpedo's head, and I thought his torso could pass for a bulletproof vest so i used that too.

For most of the figure, I didn't need re-painting coz I already liked the color scheme, so I only needed to paint the arm sleeves.

I also thought that Red Star's accessories looks applicable to the figure as they can also look like canister popping gadgets so i used that too.

Basically this figure ended up one of my favorites.
