M.A.R.S.(Military Armament Research Syndicate) is most often associated with Cobra, but they do business with a long list of criminal organizations around the world. One such organization is a large, well-organized, biker gang operating in Florida, known as the Dreadnoks, or the 'Noks for short. As this gang has grown into a full-fledged criminal empire, their needs have changed from weapons traditionally available to criminals into full-blown military hardware. Of course, M.A.R.S. would never deal with them directly, so they act through a local agent, Segnett. Segnett runs Segnar, a small firm specializing in the import/export business in the South Eastern United States. Little is known of the man, except that he fits in well with the 'Noks and has been known to join them on their "missions."
